If you are in North Queensland, we may be able to arrange an appointment for you to meet with us in our office to discuss your visa options.
Please telephone us first to discuss your situation, and we will advise if we can proceed further with an appointment. Following our initial meeting with you, and if we can take on your case, we will send you a detailed Client Representation Agreement setting out all the costs involved.
We operate on a fixed fee basis, so that you know up front what your costs will be, and when payment is required during the process. Alternatively, if you are situated overseas, or located elsewhere in Australia, we can work with you per email, telephone, or Zoom.
If you are considering a visa application under sponsorship of an Australian employer, we can contact your employer so that they know what is involved with sponsoring you, and your family, if required.
If your employer wishes to proceed, we will deal with both you and your employer to prepare and lodge a visa application.
If you wish to sponsor an overseas partner (including same sex applications), or make an application for a friend or family member to visit, we can assist. We are happy to contact your overseas partner if you wish, and will work with both the visa applicant and the sponsoring partner at the same time so that your application has the best chance of success.
Our services as a Registered Migration Agent are provided under the guidelines of the Code of Conduct, produced by the Migration Agents Registration Authority – which is administered by the Department of Home Affairs.
It is important that you deal with a reputable Migration Agent, and you should take time to read through the Code of Conduct.
